It was just the Rovers Football and Netball clubs that were in action today with the Rovers playing Yarroweyah.

Meanwhile in Rugby Union action, the Deniliquin Drovers played Hay in a top of the table clash but the Drovers unfortunately lost 32 to 15.

Readers be aware the published results for the Seniors game may be wrong as online results sites reported the Rovers score as 31.24 – 42 so assuming they did kick 31.24 it must actually be 31.24 – 210

Rovers Football Results

Seniors won 31.24 – 210 to 4.4 – 28?
Reserves won 12.16 – 88 to 0.0 – 0
Thirds did not play
Fourths won 36.12 – 228 to 0.0 – 0

Rovers Netball Results

A Grade won 45 to 30
B Grade won 35 to 28
C Grade won 34 to 30
C Res won 55 to 4
Under 17’s won by forfeit
Under 15’s won 52 to 8
Under 13’s  won 33 to 1

Conclusion

The Rovers footballers comfortably won all three of their games today.

The Rovers netballers had the perfect day by winning all of their matches though they were pushed in B and C Grade.

The Rovers C Res side top scored for the club with 55 goals in their game whilst in football the Fourths kicked the highest score of the day with a massive 36.12 – 228 score.
