It was just the Rovers Football and Netball clubs that were in action today with the Rovers playing Waaia at Memorial Park.

Meanwhile in Rugby Union action, the Deniliquin Drovers played CSU at Rotary Park and came away 32 to 5 winners.

Seniors lost 12.19 – 91 to 12.12 – 84
Reserves won 6.6 – 42 to 3.8 – 26
Thirds lost 10.4 – 64 to 5.6 – 36
Fourths won 29.9 – 183 to 0.0 – 0

A Grade lost 45 to 39
B Grade lost 46 to 42
C Grade lost 50 to 33
C Reserve won 37 to 23
Under 17’s lost 48 to 24
Under 15’s won 40 to 21
Under 13’s won 24 to 20

Conclusion

The Rovers footballers won two out of their four matches

The Rovers netballers narrowly lost the day after being defeated in four out of the seven matches played today.

The Rovers B Grade side top scored for the club with 42 goals in their game whilst in football the Fourths kicked the highest score of the day with a massive 29.9 – 183 score.
