Welcome to our new section of DNS simply titled ‘Cooking’, it is taking a look at some of the local cookbooks published over time.

To begin we start off with a cookbook from the Baptist Church that was made to support missionaries going to Niger.

The cookbook was found on eBay and after a couple of months watching it, we brought it to find out its story and what was inside.
