The Deniliquin Swim Centre has come to the rescue of those who are missing out on a regular dip in the Edward River due to the Blue-Green Algae problem by extending opening hours by one hour with the new closing time being 7:30pm every night.

The opening and closing hours of each day for the month of March are now the following;

Monday to Friday  – 6am to 8:30am and 3pm to 7:30pm
Saturday and Sunday – 1pm to 7:30pm

The extended hour is great for the town as weather conditions are still right for many early mornings and late afternoons of swimming, DNS hopes that residents will take up the extra hour and enjoy a good afternoon and night out.
