Good Morning Readers,

Today will have a maximum temperature of 20 degrees with Becoming Cloudy conditions and winds are expected to be up to around 30km/h in the Riverina.

The UV Index is expected to reach 10 (Very High).

Temperatures and the weather from tomorrow are the following

Wednesday – Min 10 Max 21 (Cloudy)
Thursday – Min 9 Max 25 (Mostly Sunny)
Friday – Min 9 Max 28 (Mostly Sunny)
Saturday – Min 15 Max 30 (Partly Cloudy)
Sunday – Min 16 Max 28 (Mostly Sunny)
Monday – Min 11 Max 20 (Partly Cloudy)

Residents of Davidson Street, Evans Street, Fitzhead Street, Gibbs Street, Herriot Street, Hodgkins Street, Jefferson Street, Jones Street, Lackington Street and Morris Street are now advised to evacuate by 10am on Wednesday.

The evacuation centre at the Stadium is open, open hours are 9am to 5pm every day.

The height of the Edward River as of 6am is 9.19m, it is up 1cm from the same time yesterday.

The current advice from the BoM is “The Edward River at Deniliquin may exceed the major flood level (9.40 metres) around Wednesday. The river level may reach 9.60 metres around 24-26 November, with major flooding.”
