Both the Rams and the Rovers were in action today with the Rams playing Numurkah and the Rovers playing Katamatite at home

In Soccer news, the Wanderers host Hanwood tomorrow at Rotary Park.

In Rugby Union, the Drovers are back in the winners circle after giving the Waratahs a 68-0 defeat at Rotary Park this afternoon.

Below are the Football and Netball results separated into the categories of Rams Football, Rovers Football, Rams Netball and Rovers Netball.

Rams Football Results

Seniors lost 17.8 – 110 to 9.8 – 62
Reserves won 16.13 – 109 to 3.3 – 21
Thirds lost 10.11 – 71 to 8.4 – 52
Fourths won 15.10 -100 to 1.0 – 6

Rovers Football Results

Seniors lost 11.3 – 69 to 9.14 – 68
Reserves won 20.20 – 140 to 0.0 – 0
Thirds did not play
Fourths won 7.10 – 52 to 1.1 – 7

Rams Netball Results

A Grade won 75 to 18
B Grade won 48 to 35
C Grade won 73 to 30
C Res won 56 to 28
17 and Under won 64 to 13
15 and Under won 68 to 13
13 and Under won 40 to 10
11 and Under tied 8 all

Rovers Netball Results

A Grade won 54 to 31
B Grade won 54 to 8
C Grade won 44 to 12
C Res won 39 to 32
17 and Under did not play
15 and Under won 30 to 23
13 and Under won 35 to 2

Conclusion

The Rams Football sides had a mixed bag of results with two wins and two losses.

Rams Netballers won all games that were played today.

The Rovers Footballers won the day by winning two of the three games played today.

The Rovers netballers won the day with the junior teams all scoring 31, it is perhaps the strangest stat we’ve seen so far this year.

The Drovers are back to their winning ways by defeating the Waratahs.
