Businesses are being asked if they are able to donate to an upcoming ‘Fundraiser for the Byrne Family’ raffle.

As many locals know Elisabeth Byrne is currently battling TALL (Readers can follow the story here) which is a form of Leukaemia and it requires the best treatments and care possible.

A raffle is a great way to get people to support a good cause and potentially win great prizes at the same time and so it is hoped that businesses will be interested in contributing to it.

There is also a GoFundMe fundraiser in operation which has raised $6,600 of its $10,000 target.
