Thoughts

A Grade will be happy to be once again on the winners list and will be now focusing on getting two in a row for the first time this season.

B Grade is doing well though and confidence must be really high as it should with their 5-0 so far,

C Grade will probably be disappointed the winning streak is over but they have the chance to do it all again next week and that is the beauty of seasons because win, lose or draw you get the opportunity to win the next week.

C Reserve are doing well with their record now standing at 4-1 for the season and they will look to make it four wins in a row next week.

Junior teams have had a good season so far with their Under 17’s and Under 13’s sides enjoying an undefeated start to the season.

The Under 15’s will be encouraged by their efforts today despite just falling short against Strathmerton and it may be a catalyst for good form in the coming weeks.

On the Football side, The Rovers Seniors must be very happy to get two wins in a row to improve their season record to 3-2.

The Reserves must be really happy with their early season form and hope that their good form will continue well into the season as they chase Finals and then the Premiership.

The Under 17’s are showing they are in excellent form at this point of the season and they are no doubt aiming to stay in that kind of form for some time to come.

The Under 14’s Football side have lost two in a row but there is no cause for alarm or panic as they have played good sides and the lessons learned from those games will help them in the future.
