Thoughts

This weekend will be a tough weekend for the Rovers as both sides have been highly successful across both the Football and Netball competitions so far this season.

Rovers Talk will be back on Saturday night with all the results for you to read and hopefully enjoy.

Walkers urged to stay on footpaths

Concerns have been growing about road safety in recent weeks with reports of people walking on the roads late at night and nearly being hit by motorists who are unable to see them due to the darkness and/or a lack of high visibility clothing.

Residents are urging walkers to not walk on the road and instead use footpaths as footpaths are made for walking on, if there are no footpaths on a walker’s route it is suggested that they walk along the nature strips to ensure their safety.

DNS wishes everyone safe travels whether it is by foot or by wheeled transport.
